Lyette Bouchard

Lyette Bouchard holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s Degree in Industrial Relations from the Université de Montréal.

From 1991 to 1995, she was employed by the Association des producteurs de films et de télévision du Québec (APFTQ) as labour relations advisor.

In 1995, Lyette Bouchard joined the Association québécoise de l’industrie du disque, du spectacle et de la vidéo (ADISQ) as labour relations manager. Since 1997, she has been ADISQ’s Assistant Executive Director.

In June 2001, in addition to her duties as Assistant Executive Director of ADISQ, Lyette Bouchard also took on the position of Executive Director of the Quebec Collective Society for the Rights of Makers of Sound and Video Recordings (SOPROQ).

Ms. Bouchard has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Neighbouring Rights Collective of Canada (NRCC) since 2001. Currently NRCC Vice-President, she was President of this organisation from 2004 to 2006.

Lyette Bouchard is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Private Copyright Collective (CPCC) since 2005 and was its Vice-President from 2005 to 2006.
