There are two ways to get your music on Spotify through Merlin and you will need to decide which way is best for you, based on the nature of your company.

If you are a small label or an artist that don't have a substantial catalogue, or the technical resources to professionally deliver digital content to multiple platforms. The best way to get your music on Spotify is to use an affiliated Merlin Distributor/aggregator

If your label is a larger label or distributor or aggregator, and you have the capability to professionally deliver to multiple digital services (either directly or through professional delivery platform such as FUGA or Consolidated Independent) then you can apply to join Merlin, who will facilitate the licensing and delivery of your repertoire.
