Hein van der Ree is Managing Director of Epitaph Europe since 1995. Prior to that he served as Managing Director of Island Music publishing, Managing Director of Phonogram Records UK, VP international at Hollywood Records and developed the Music Publishing Consortium with a group of leading European independents. He has been a board member of Impala for several years and has been involved in the setting up of Merlin from the beginning.
