Geoff Kulawick is the Co-Executive Director of the Independent Digital Licensing Agency (IDLA) - a digital distributor and aggregator of music and Video content owned by 20 leading independent labels and distributors Including Nettwerk, Last Gang, Justin Time, Sonic Unyon, Anthem, Distort, Outside Music and True North Records; and is the founder and President of
Linus Entertainment, a leading Canadian independent label and music Publisher.

Prior to founding Linus Entertainment in 2001, Kulawick was the head of A&R for Virgin Canada, and Creative Director for Warner/Chappell Publishing.

Kulawick is on the board of directors and serves as Vice Chair of CIRPA, the
Canadian independent label trade association.
