I’m currently the SVP of Business & Legal Affairs for Eleven Seven Label Group and its artist management and publishing affiliates, 10th Street Entertainment and 5-19 Music Publishing. I joined the team in 2017 as Allen Kovac’s first in house counsel, handling the negotiation and drafting of all recording, publishing, distribution, and artist management agreements, and also advising all departments in each company on day-to-day legal and business issues.

Before joining E7LG, I worked within Sony Music’s Global Digital Business, Business & Legal Affairs department, where I administered all digital distribution deals and liaised with GDB Finance, Business Development, Partner Development, and Reporting. Most notably, I performed and presented an in depth analysis of Sony’s revenue recognition practices under licenses with digital service providers and its impact on the music business to the SEC.

During law school, I interned with a variety of music industry professionals including Mark Kates at Fenway Recordings, The Law Offices of Patti Jones, Sony Music, and E7LG. Originally from NJ, I’m currently a NYC resident, a massive music fan, and enjoy the adrenaline rush of a good crowd at a rock show.
