Michael Pohl

Michael Pohl,born on 21.8.1962 having completed his studies in business management, gained valuable experience as sales manager at Polygram/ Universal for budget and children's repertoire, then in the post of commercial director for Boxman GmbH (e-commerce for CD, video, DVD and games). In June 2003, Michael Pohl joined Kontor Records, taking on the role of general manager, responsible for the development of digital distribution and marketing. The new media department subsequently became a separate limited company, with Michael Pohl installed as managing director of the newly created Kontor New Media GmbH. Michael Pohl is married and has one daughter.
